Terms And Conditions

1. The Guide is responsible for arranging the itineraries for and carrying out tours of Washington, DC and/or its environs.

2. Any passengers whose conduct is in breach of statutory regulations may be removed from the Executive Tours DC vehicle on the driver’s or guide’s authority.

3. The hirer will be responsible for all damages caused to the vehicle by passengers during the term of hiring.

4. Complaints - must be made within 7 days of the date of hire in writing: Call Executive Tours DC for mailing address.

5. Alcohol - DC law prohibits the carrying or consumption of all alcoholic beverages in moving vehicles.

6. Smoking & Illegal Drugs - All vehicles are non-smoking unless otherwise agreed by Executive Tours DC. Absolutely no illegal drugs are to be stored or consumed in Executive Tours DC vehicles. T

7. Surcharges - Executive Tours DC reserves the right to pass on to the hirer any increase in the cost of gas or any other increased costs resulting from Government action. We also reserve the right to charge a valeting charge for any vehicle soiling or damages made by the hirer.

8. Holidays and Weather surcharges - Holiday and Severe Weather surcharges may require minimum amount of hours regardless of destination. A 25% U.S. holiday surcharge will be charged for all tours occurring on:

New Year’s Eve and Day
Memorial Day
Fourth of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Eve and Day
Christmas Eve and Day

9. United States Law - Contracts entered into with Executive Tours DC, whether bookings are made via internet, telephone, in writing, or in person, are subject to United States of America contract law as to the determination of the rights and liabilities of the respective parties.
