phil Phil Elvy (His Excellency, Gen. George Washington)

PHIL ELVY
washington is a true Washingtonian. He grew up in the shadow of the Capitol, rode DC street cars, roamed the halls of Congress with his pals, and played football on the Capitol lawns. Since his first successful business at age 8 carrying groceries in his Washington Star wagon, Phil has done every job in the world—railroad clerk, taxicab driver, librarian, copyright searcher, choir director, trumpet player, telecom/data engineering manager for NASA’s Apollo Space Program, Fortune 500 sales executive, contractor, and tour guide. Athletic and 6’3” with a commanding voice and imposing manner, Phil is a ringer for General Washington—but a lot friendlier and with far better teeth.
